As you enter the townhouse you are instantly surprised by the ingenious use of the space. The townhouse is built on four levels. Right after you enter the hall you find yourself in a neat living room with cool marble floors that reunites harmoniously the dining area with the sitting area . The dining area has a wooden table that can easily seat up to 6 guests on very comfortable and discreet design wooden chairs. The sitting area has a versatile sofa and two armchairs that invite you to enjoy the surround sound system powered by voice assistant Alexa while you sip your morning tea admiring the sunrise. The open-plan kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter with two comfortable high chairs. The kitchen offers all the utensils and kitchenware necessary for a comfortable stay: toaster, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, vitro ceramic, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, water kettle, teapot, blender, squeezer. From the small entry hall, you have access to the service toilet . The space is lavished with light as it has a wall-to-wall sliding glass door that gives access to the terrace and garden. The living room has smart electric motorized vertical blinds. All the decoration items are carefully chosen and contribute to the relaxed atmosphere reminding of the exotic influence that the Moors had over southern Spain.
